The expo would like to extend it to cover all concerts eventually. It is also studying the possibility of introducing a "smart wristband" for the audience, which would allow the venue to monitor crowd flow and tackle emergencies. Ideally speaking, the wristband would locate the audience member and track the overall flow of 10,000 people. The venue has a capacity of 14,000 seats.Ticket sales of Grande's Hong Kong concert started on Monday. A special VIP package which includes a meet- and-greet with the singer costs HK$4,888, while a normal standing zone ticket costs HK$888.Venue, 宴會, 宴會場地, 場地, 展覽, 演唱會 The Immigration Department has not received any request for help from Hongkongers in Manchester.Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying expressed condolences to the injured and families of the dead."Hong Kong is a safe city.
